John O’Sullivan
In addition to Mentoring, Training and Strategic Development with start-up companies, John takes a hands-on approach in established companies to implementing projects in Business Process Design & Improvement, Operational Excellence, Strategy Design & Implementation, Business Reorganisation and Restructuring For Growth.
He is Chief Practitioner with Enterprise Management and engages enthusiastically in bringing companies to a higher level of performance across the full business spectrum.
John O'Sullivan founded Enterprise Management in 2002 following a long career in the multinational manufacturing sector. He had previously founded Phoenix Peripherals, a specialist ICT technology company, in 1999, from an MBO he led out of his multinational employer. This venture attracted significant VC investment prior to launch.
In Alps Electric John was CEO of the Computer & Communications Division in Europe, having held this position for 12 years from a start up in 1988 to a multi site operation across Europe within 5 years.
In his prior career at senior management level across a variety of operations management positions he worked with a number of U.S. and German multinational companies.
Veronica Perdisatt, (MBS)
Veronica is a successful business woman with over 30 years experience at Senior and Executive Management level across a range of industries and sectors both in indigenous and multi national companies.
During her time at EMC (Global Technology Company) she rose to the level of Vice President EMC Ireland and General Manager of Manufacturing Operations. She had responsibility for revenue, budgets, capacity and product build. She oversaw a dramatic rise of operational capacity and was instrumental in ensuring that EMC Ireland made a valuable contribution to the local community.
Veronica is currently serving as a Member on a number of Advisory Boards. Department of Economics, University College, Cork (UCC).; Entrepreneur Centre at Waterford Institute of Technology (WIT) and NIMBUS Technology Centre at Cork Institute of Technology (CIT).
She is also involved with Enterprise Ireland (EI) and IRD Duhallow mentor programme. Veronica has also served on two State Boards and a Government Task Force.
Robin Robson
Robin Robson provides consulting and training to SME’s in Financial Control, key Management Accounting (e.g. product and customer profitability) issues and statutory compliance. He works extensively and on a hands-on basis with both start-ups and established companies in areas such as new systems design and implementation, financial health, management accounts preparation and review etc.
Robin specialises in Financial Strategy, Business Modelling, Business Systems Design and implementation. He provides an outsourced Financial Controller service and Company Secretarial consulting. He has over 30 years of experience at line accountant and financial controller level in multinational corporations, wholesaling, services and consulting groups.
He has provided Continuous Professional Development Training courses to both ICAI and CIMA members for a number of years in MS Excel in Business Planning, Rolling Forecasting, Database Analysis etc.
Robin is a member of both Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA). He is registered as a member in practice (MIP) of CIMA.
Previously, Robin worked with both Multi-Nationals and Irish Companies at Financial Controller level. Areas of experience included; various manufacturing sectors, wholesale and consulting. He also worked with Cork BIC for a number of years specialising in business planning process start-ups.
Helen Murphy
Helen is from Waterford and a graduate of NUI, Maynooth. She holds a post-graduate diploma in Irish Heritage Management and a Certificate in Personnel Practice and is currently undertaking a Masters of Business (MBS). Her first job was with the Disney store in London where she learned first-hand about creating and maintaining high quality customer experiences.
Helen has worked as a consultant with Deloitte’s hospitality and leisure group, creating niche products for theme parks and developing what was to become the new concept of the budget hotel.
Subsequently, working with PriceWaterhouse Coopers' enterprise development service as a manger of Enterprise, Helen assisted diverse companies – from aquaculture to IT – to develop their business strategies, business planning and strategic marketing planning.
From there, Helen took on the challenge of joining Dublin Zoo as Commercial Director, with responsibility for the commercial success of the enterprise. Following this successful project Helen went to work with the Genesis Programme as Senior Consultant, specializing in advice and solutions for start-up clients in Brand Strategy and Innovation. One of her most recent large scale projects was as Marketing Manager for Waterford Crystal, with specific responsibility for EMEA in a highly competitive and specialised market sector.
Stephen Trodden
As a Business and Executive coach over the past 25 years Steve has worked on major change projects with some of the top companies, in many countries, across manufacturing, retail, financial services, foods, pharmaceuticals and health services.
In addition to his successes in coaching and training, Steve has led significant productivity improvement projects in Asia, USA and throughout Europe.
He is a member of the Association of Productivity Specialists and holds the highest grade of Master Productivity Specialist (MPS) in recognition of his contribution to a wide range of businesses.
Being totally results driven, he brings a steely focus to meeting or exceeding the clients’ expectations through the expert application of analytical and solutions tools.
Prior to Steve’s consultancy work he worked in operations management with major companies such as Barclays Bank and Philips Electrologica.
