Mentoring is never about telling our client what to do and when to do it. It is about giving you respite from the “hue & cry” and using our experiences to help you identify and think through the best courses of action in a strategic and structured way.
You may benefit from an expert mentor on a specific project or as an independent “eyes & hands” to guide you through a critical phase in the business. In addition to "face-to-face" work sessions we are also at the end of a phone or email when urgent support is needed.
You may also need an experienced manager to guide a new or future senior manager through their development phase.
